TRAVEL THRU THE KLONDIKE LIKE THE PROSPECTORS OF OLD.

     Mission :  Fri JAN  26-28,  2019

We will DEPART  FRIDAY at 6:15 P.M. and travel to Cynthiana, KY for the District Klondike Derby.

Arrive at church in uniform at 5:30pm  (having already eaten dinner).  2 scouts per tent.    

Patrols will load their sled (built before the trip) with gear then 'mush' to various towns for gold.

We should return about 1pm Sunday.

 

Cost  $25.00       (prepaid, so if you say you are going and the troop pays, then scout must pay even if he backs out)

Permission Slip :  Permission slip 

MEDICAL FORM : Medical Form ( Class A & B )     - Each scout must have a the part A/B filled, no need for the physical.

NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES ALLOWED ON TRIP.   (gameboys, DVD players, phones)

NOTICE!!
Sheath, butterfly, and survival type knives, etc. are not allowed on
the reservation. IF brought, the Scoutmaster should hold them until the Scout returns home. 

All fuel (propane, white gas) must be checked in and held by an adult until it is needed. Only adult leaders should handle fuel.
